These Terms govern your use of Cheater AI, including the iOS app, reports, private polls, notifications, support pages, and related backend services.

Acceptable Use

• Use the app only with evidence you have the right to provide.
• Do not upload or share illegal content, explicit content involving minors, threats, doxxing, revenge content, or private identifiers you do not have permission to use.
• Do not use Cheater AI to stalk, harass, impersonate, shame, extort, or publicly profile another person.
• Do not treat reports, scores, polls, or summaries as proof, certainty, legal advice, therapy, or safety advice.

Reports And Polls

Reports and polls are generated from user-provided evidence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or limited by the context provided. They are intended to help you organize evidence, see limits, and ask calmer follow-up questions.

Purchases And Subscriptions

Some features require an in-app purchase or subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple and may be managed through your Apple ID settings. Pricing, renewal, refund eligibility, and billing rules are governed by Apple and the applicable App Store terms.

Private Poll Links

Poll links are intended for trusted recipients. Poll owners are responsible for keeping questions and context non-identifying. We may remove or restrict poll content that appears abusive, identifying, unsafe, or inconsistent with these Terms.

No Warranties

Cheater AI is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any report, confidence score, poll result, notification, or suggestion will be accurate or suitable for your situation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheater AI, PeakeCorp, and related parties are not liable for decisions, disputes, emotional distress, relationship outcomes, losses, or damages arising from use of the app, reports, polls, or notifications.
